Intellectual Property, Copyright Protection, and Zero-Tolerance Piracy Policy

1. Ownership of Materials

All audio recordings, voice tracks, text, graphics, exam questions, and course structures provided in [The Awakening and Sovereignty Series] are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of [Moon.DL INC Company]. These materials are protected under international copyright laws, including the Berne Convention, and all native digital rights management frameworks.

2. Grant of Single-User License

Upon purchasing any individual chapter or module, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

3. Strict Prohibitions (No Recording or Distribution)

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, selling, or modifying any portion of the audio files or course content. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using screen recorders, system-audio ripping software, or external devices to record the audio playback.

• Sharing your member login credentials or specific chapter access badges with any third party.

• Uploading or hosting these materials on any public or private drive, marketplace, or torrent site.

4. Legal Remedies and Financial Damages

The Company implements active security logging, including tracking IP addresses, device signatures, and progress metrics. Any unauthorized distribution or recording constitutes willful copyright infringement.

Under applicable copyright laws (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act / DMCA), the Company will aggressively pursue full legal action. You agree that any breach of this agreement will entitle the Company to seek:

• Immediate injunctions to halt the unauthorized use.

• Maximum statutory damages per violation (which can reach up to $150,000 per willful infringement under U.S. copyright law, or equivalent maximums under international jurisdictions).

• Full recovery of all legal fees, court costs, and investigative expenses incurred by the Company.

5. Immediate Account Termination

Any suspected violation, unusual IP hopping, or unauthorized account activity will result in the immediate revocation of your member badges and permanent termination of your account. You will forfeit access to all current and future chapters, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
